The client partner role is responsible for discovery conversations, proposal coordination, and maintaining a professional relationship after work begins. The emphasis is on understanding the client problem, not on overselling a catalog.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound conversations against FUTUREAXIS capabilities
• Lead discovery that identifies the actual delivery or staffing need
• Coordinate proposals with delivery leads
• Maintain clear communication through the start of an engagement
• Represent company capabilities honestly, including what we will not take on

Requirements

• Experience selling or developing IT services, staffing, or consulting work
• Ability to discuss technology needs with hiring managers and IT leaders
• Strong written proposals and follow-up habits
• Comfort working with a delivery team rather than selling in isolation
