Responsibilities

• Run role intake with hiring managers and document must-have skills
• Source and screen candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
• Coordinate interviews and keep both sides informed
• Maintain accurate pipeline notes and status
• Represent FUTUREAXIS professionally in all candidate and client communication

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for technology roles
• Comfort discussing common software, cloud, and IT skill sets
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple open roles without losing follow-up quality
